Ticehurst Yards Business Centre is a family business. Not only has it been in the same family for over 40 years but many of the businesses that are tenants are also family businesses, as are the people that we use for grounds maintenance and building maintenance . Our grounds are maintained by Parkers Pitches, a local company based in Woolpit/Beyton. Building maintenance is down to several local companies (John A . Welton - Electrical Contractors) – all of them have worked with us for many years and know the history of the buildings.

There is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a rural, peaceful location. It is easy to get to from the A14 and there is plenty of on-site parking. We are one of the few landlords that allow, even welcome, dogs in our offices. There is plenty of space to take them out for a run around and a good circular walk into the village of Tostock for the extra exercise.

The Kejoraku (pronounced keh-jor-AH-koo) means “my morning star” in Indonesian, a name that reflects the heart of our space, a place for self care, to pause, reset and to return to your light.

Founded in September 2025 by Yana Sheppard, The Kejoraku was created to bring a another level of relaxation and nervous system care for our overall wellbeing to our community through Japanese Head Spa therapy, with the warmth of Balinese hospitality and the love of Javanese tradition.
